Really awesome to hear that you are both healthy and safe during these troubling times, UghRochester and Sightless.
I have been well. Where I live, the coronavirus has hardly hit (we've only had a grand total of 32 cases in the past six months). Right now, we have two active cases, but they have been isolated.
Some parts of Australia are currently experiencing heavy challenges related to COVID-19 (the state of Victoria has unfortunately just entered a six week lock down period, no one is allowed to leave), but where I live, it's been... fairly normal, to be honest.
I hope you guys are okay. Not to sound rude but America looks quite troubling, at the moment.

I am doing everything I can to be safe, but I had to take a Covid test this week (I have no symptoms, a drunk dude just got too close for comfort on the 4th).
Other than that all is well.

Its nice to hear you're doing well amidst all the craziness. We're doing well here in Oregon but definitely seeing an uptick in cases like most other states. My work ended up doing some layoffs which included me so that was rough. I was able to bounce back and find something pretty quickly though, which I'm extremely thankful for since not everyone else has.
I think this is hardest on our kid who hasn't really been able to see her friends or take full advantage of summer.

I miss you all like heck. You guys are the best -- glad to hear you are doing okay. <3 It's a real struggle to feel safe sometimes, more so for loved ones in other places than for myself. Extreme compassion is wearing me out easily some days, but I think it's necessary to help us through.
MC - Yeah, I have a couple friends in VIC... was a bit shocked they had to call a second lockdown, but my friends seem prepared, anyway. Glad it's managed to stay alright where you are.

@Longo_2_guns I'm glad to see you've gotten into Mario Maker streams. May I ask what streamer(s) you watch? It's always great to see someone from GR on Twitch. Also, I've deleted my friend request to you on Facebook ages ago. I'm not even sure if you go by Luke Cage still or not.
@Master_Craig Yeah, my friend Juzcook is from Brisbane area. He mentioned how the flights out of the country won't be available until like 2022 if a vaccine hasn't be issued.
@Colin_B I can't imagine dealing with this pandemic and having to explain to your children what's going on. Though, children are easier to accept things. I'm glad you were able to find employment. Hopefully when you were laid off, you were able to collect unemployment fast. Many people here in PA are still waiting, though there are "essential" jobs available. It might not pay everything, but it'll pay some things.

I've been watching Juzcook and Carlsagan on Youtube. I'll throw a video on and watch in like 10 minute chunks, which is nice because it cuts out a lot of the repeating stuff. I'm not a huge fan of platformers or anything, but it's still really entertaining.
And I don't really use Facebook at all, so that's probably why lol.
Also my covid test was negative.

No sh*t! Juzcook and I are great friends. I know Carl as well, but I know Juz much more. Juz is a huge reason why I went to the past couple GDQs, because like if he's coming all the way from Australia, I had to take the time and save to travel a few states. I posted SGDQ photos in our GR Discord. I'll have to upload AGDQ 2020 some time soon. I been meaning to post them. Glad you're negative. I've yet to check if I got the virus, but I've never felt I needed to check.
I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if... a new topic had been posted on the GR forums by my boy Howie. I fear something terrible has happened.

@UghRochester - Yes, Brisbane has unfortunately become a 'hot spot' as of last night. There are sadly some people running around, doing the absolute wrong things.
