I saw this stand at a mall in upstate NY. Some things about it seem pretty familiar for some reason...

Is the GR logo even registered? I hate to admit it, but it seems like those guys might have a valid legal defense if it isn't. Still, that doesn't justify them.

Also, there's a plumbing biz 'round here using a poorly edited Super Mario Sunshine image with Mario holding a plunger. It's kinda funny.

Just pointing it out, technically that logo is different enough to the GR one that it should be fairly legal. It says C+R, not G+R.

Also, that's such a better font.

I feel sort of sorry for these guys.

I mean, they seem to be a mom and pop shop who are just trying to compete against the Game Stops and Best Buys out there, and they're likely fans of the site, they're just not very creative and can't think of a name for themselves.
